We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers. Congress has created specific offenses for unauthorized actions against computer systems and data. We will support the investigation of any such actions with a view to prosecuting and/or taking civil proceedings to recover damages against those responsible

We are registered under the Data Protection Act 1998 and as such, any information concerning the Customer and their respective Customer Records may be passed to third parties. However, Customer records are regarded as confidential and therefore will not be divulged to any third party, other unless legally required to do so to the appropriate authorities. Customers have the right to request sight of, and copies of any and all Customer Records we keep, on the proviso that we are given reasonable notice of such a request. Customers are requested to retain copies of any literature issued in relation to the provision of our services. Where appropriate, we shall issue Customer’s with appropriate written information, handouts or copies of records as part of an agreed contract, for the benefit of both parties.
We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your e-mail address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this Company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

Exclusions and Limitations

Payment
Major Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express) and PayPal are all acceptable methods of payment. Our Terms are payment in full within thirty days. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid for in full
Cancellation Policy
Minimum 24 hours’ notice of cancellation of orders is required. The Company may cancel an order due to change in availability of a product ordered at any time up to committed shipment date.
Return Policy
The customer may return an order within five (5) days of receipt with the following stipulations:
- The Company has issued an RMA number
- Product is unopened and shipped back in original packaging
- The Customer will arrange for and pay for shipping on FOB Destination basis
Refunds Policy
Orders are non-Refundable unless returned within five (5) days after receipt of the order, and with original packaging. The customer will pay for costs to return a product in accordance with the Return Policy.
Availability
Unless otherwise stated, the services featured on this website are only available within the United States of America (USA), or in relation to postings from the USA. All advertising is intended solely for the USA market. You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Force Majeure
